Battlestart Galapagos

Man, I am toast. This weekend has left me without any braincells left. Between going to friends and family I am just TIRED. We got new phones yesterday though *yay*. I was so sick of our old cordless, it was never working. It would cut out in the middle of a conversation or it would not even get a signal in the first place. And it never was clear enough to hear the other person to begin with. Blech.

Anyhow, saw the new Battlestar Galactica Mini Series from Sci Fi channel today. Ok, the new more realistic battles are fine, and I like the new Cylon robots (the robot robots not those stupid human looking ones). But there are sooooo many inequities. 1: Starbuck is a GIRL????? NONONONO...Starbuck is supposed to be like the interstellar equivalent of James Bond, ok. This is just wrong! And ok, I'm gonna geek out here for a sec...I am a HUGE fan of the first series and I know it fairly well and the Cylons came from a separate race of Lizard like aliens...They weren't created by the humans! That said it was all right.

Damnit, I need a bloody shave.
