And then there was a midget...

So I have a new hero in this fucked up world. His name is Bobby Henderson, and he has balls of solid steal and brains the size of planets. If you hadn't heard, the infinitely wise members of the Kansas Board of education have determined that if the theory of evolution should be taught as scientific truth with the meager resources and evidence that is out there to prove that this world of ours is several billion years old and that it is quite likely that man descended from a much simpler form of animal, then the schools should also teach the theory of Intelligent Design.

Now, the Theory of Intelligent Design hasn't got any of those flighty "scientific" explanations or evidence to support it's claims to the creation of life on this planet. They have something far far better and completely impervious to any doubt cast upon it by those flakes in the "scientific" community. It has a big beautiful book printed by a bunch of old men about two thousand years ago that explains everything in detail. In case you haven't heard of it, it's called The Bible. You should pick one up and read it. They have them at Borders Books, in several different colors and you can even get a kind of cliff notes version done up by this guy named King James(yeah, my namesake...kiss my ass).

Ok, so back to my point. This fellow Bobby, wrote a letter to the Kansas State School Board with the quite valid complaint that if they are going to be opening the school to THAT theory of Intelligent Design, then they should be including the other more popular theory that everything was created by the great and wonderful Flying Spaghetti Monster. (See Pic Below)
I personally hope that they decide that this is a good idea and start teaching it right away. I mean it ain't like kids in the public schools are being taught anything else anymore useful these days.
