There Ain't No Justice

So I was arrested today.

They never tell you this, but handcuffs chafe like a mo fo. Apparently it is a criminal misdemeanor to drive on a suspended license in Illinoying. And apparently my license is suspended for something involving insurance. Funny thing, I have insurance and have had insurance forever. So I've been arrested for a bureaucratic screw up???

I am soooo fed up with this good for nothing state. Hell, this whole damned region is useless. The Midwest is a breeding ground for stupidity. Not only did I get all the pomp and circumstance of being arrested, but the reason I was pulled over in the first place (supposedly, though he knew my license was suspended even before he asked me for my license) was for not having my front license plate in the proper location...it was on my dashboard and not on the front center of the fender. Lord help us all. Last I had heard, IF YOU HAVE ONE ON THE BACK, THE FRONT ONE IS SUPERFLUOUS!!! I am anxiously awaiting the asteroid that is due to hit around October. It's supposed to be a world devastator.
